read the study permit IMM 1294 form page no -4 background info (continued)

5. Have you ever been employed by a government in a security related capacity?

6. have you ever held a position of authority in any government ?

7. have you ever in periods of peace or war .................?

If the answer to any one of these is " yes " then you will have to fill the 5275 form .
