PGWP Application: Do I Need to Remove My RCIC?

Hi everyone, I’m about to submit my PGWP application and wanted to ask if I need to attach any representative form. An RCIC submitted my study permit earlier, but now I want to apply for PGWP on my own. Do I need to submit any form (like a representative form) to remove them, or can I just apply myself?
