Hi ,

I live abroad and i am Canadian citizen, not PR .Last year ,i went thrice for my citizenship test ,interviews etc but i have not earned there .Last year as well i paid my exam fees and i can get some return as well .Also ,i am doing my study abroad so is it possible to get living expenses if i study abroad .Kindly let me know ,how i file my tax return or any chance to get living expenses as a Canadian Citizen .Thanks

If you are not living in Canada, you do not qualify for "living expenses" or any other sort of benefits, regardless of your citizenship. You can file your tax return using any software on online system.
