SWOP - Are the 5707 / 5409 only required if dependents are involved?

I am a Canadian citizen going through inland sponsorship for my husband. After filling out the questionnaire for the OWP, the only application we were given was the 5710. I'm just wary because the guide says this

• In the Family Information form (IMM 5707) part of the document checklist, upload
  

  • the Family Information form
  • your marriage licence or certificate or the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) and
  • the birth certificates of your dependent children that show both parents’ names

So, I was curious if maybe this is one of the things that doesn't apply to us because we have no dependents or anyone else being sponsored other than my husband. I found some previous threads about 5707, but there wasn't a definitive answer.
