I am currently in the process of applying for an OCI. As per the procedure, I need to surrender my voting ID and ration card. I learn that I can surrender my voting card online. But not sure about the ration card.
How can I surrender the ration card?
Can I apply without surrendering the ration card and then surrender it after returning from India?
