Not quite sure what you mean by your time but you will likely have to return to Canada irregardless of their needs at some point if you want to retain your PR status. It appears as their health issues existed before you landed as PR so would have been aware of their healthcare needs and should have been planning for their care in their home country. The other big issue is that they may not be able to secure a supervisa given their health or may not be able to qualify for supervisa insurance every year even if they qualify the first year. The cost of supervisa insurance may also be too high to be affordable for them to visit Canada. Given their potential healthcare costs and hospitals pushing for payments in full versus being able to secure payment plans, which was fairly common in the past, you also have to assess whether you can afford to have them visit you in Canada versus paying for full-time care in their home country which is often much more affordable. Paying for in home care in Canada is very expensive and many in Canada, especially newcomers, would struggle to take time off if they have a family member who needs more help at home or gets hospitalized for example. Your plan seems to be for you to care for your parents in Canada and then move back to your home country care for them there as a PR (or potentially waiting until you have citizenship). This may not be a viable plan and you should have a plan B. Like many in Canada who thought they’d easily be able to sponsor their parents there will be a need to plan for longterm care in their home country from nursing, cleaning/cooking/shopping, etc.
