My mother is here on a TRV (5 years multiple entry) and she was granted 6 months on entry starting March 7, 2015. I want to know a couple of things:
1) Will I be able to change the TRV to Super Visa so she can stay here for 2 years?
2) Also if she can do the above (assuming I meet the income requirements) do I need to have a job right now to apply for the change or extension? My NOA for 2014 and t4s show that I meet and exceed the minimum income requirement but I am just concerned that I do not have a job right now (contract ended Jan 2015, looking for a job now)....PLease help!
