Super Visa Timeline -- Islamabad, Pakistan

AoA, I am planning to apply SV for my parents and looking for assistance on below items:

- Do I need to complete Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa – IMM 5257) form twice; One for my father and one for my mother?
- Is it necessary to notarized Financial Support Letter and Letter of Invitation?

I would highly appreciate your feedback on above queries.

guys, i am really worried. I submitted super visa application on 12th Dec and till now i havent even received a medical request. Is this normal or what. I know people who applied after me and received medical request aft 2 days of biometrics. Please someone help

So my father application is rejected, the reasons are " Family ties in Canada and in Country of residence" and "Travel History". How can I show family ties and convince visa officer that my father will leave Canada at the end of his visit and what does it mean by " Travel History"

that reason was given on super visa rejection :O ? what a joke
person is asking for 2 year entries why they have to give family ties to home country. Travel history means he did not travel outside home country more often.

Same reason given to my parents in laws twice as he applied for Visitor visa than i decided to apply for super visa which got approved recently now waiting for passports.

Yes I applied to super-visa too and the thing is that my mother passed away couple of months ago and it was perfect timing for my father to visit me here to change his mind. And now I have to convince visa officer that he will go back to his country. It doesn't make any sense, after 3 years I will be eligible to sponsor him permanently. No matter what it's my right to sponsor him.

What did you do differently in your super-Visa application sayed ?

That's what I did. I am going to apply again in March with my new Tax Notice of Assessment

I want to know from where we can get property evalulation letter because as punjab land revenue gives you A letter in urdu with no property price. Especially If someone from rawalpindi/islamabad can tell me from where we can get that.Thanks in advance.
