Help! After applying for a Super Visa, my parents entered Canada using a regular visa. Since they are already in Canada, I wrote an explanatory letter and sent it to Ottawa for processing. Today, I received the passports back with a letter requesting overseas visa processing. The 30-day deadline has passed. Can anyone please advise on what to do now? Thank you!
