Super Visa Refusal - Need Suggestions

Hello everyone,

I applied for my mothers super visa online which recently got rejected.

I have received the following reason for refusal:

• Proof of relationship provided but it is insufficient

I uploaded my birth certificate along with the application but the first letter of name of my mother was different, I attached a letter of explanation along with the application.

Any thoughts and help on this is much appreciated.

And what was your explanation? Can you correct the birth certificate? Do you have any other proof of relationship ?

I depicted the spelling change was an typological error that happened when the person created my birth certificate. yes, we can change the birth certificate but may take like 3 - 4 weeks. In my 10th & 12th certificate they have only depicted her first name.

So it'd be better just corrected then go through another refusal.

Might, more likely not than yes. Corrected birth certificate is a better option.
