My parents have 10 years valid Canadian visa and have used for a number of visits to Canada and also have USA visa and visits.
Now they want to apply for Canadian Super Visa.
I am a Canadian Citizen living in Toronto.
I am a single mom.
I want to sponsor them for super visa.
But I do not meet Minimum Income requirements.
Can my brother, a Canadian citizen living in USA, can be co-signer with me for our parents' super visa.
My parents have a joint account in Canadian Bank having sufficient funds and also have Canadian bank's credit cards, also have sufficient funds / income resources in their home country.
Should they apply for super visa and any possibility of getting their Super Visa.

No. Sibling cannot co-sign. You alone have to meet LICO for the number of people in your family. Once your brother is living in Canada, paying taxes and has NOA to show LICO then he can sponsor them. So parents are not eligible for a supervisa.
