Hi
My mother’s 2 years initial super visa stay will end in April 2020. Lot of people advising me she can go to USA and re enter to Canada . In this way she can stay another 2 years without going back to our country .
I need opinion if this is really something we can do to make her stay for another 2 years

She should apply online because if she left Canada there is a risk she could refused reentry. You can’t assume that your mother will be able to stay for 2 more years.

It's "up to 2 years". CBSA has the discretion to give a shorter stay.
Thanks for clarifying :)
Do you know how long you need to be in permanent employment which meets LICO before your parents can apply for a super visa?
For sponsorship it clearly states 3 NOAs but it is not stated clearly in relation to the super visa application.

Have a look at the link below.....ircc has updated the manual on super visas which now allows a 2 year stay at each re-entry.

I’m not sure if that re-entry must be after a return to their home country or not.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/updates/2018-super-visa-guidance.html
You are pushing the proverbial immigration envelope if you think that one can stay for two years, then pop across the border, turn around, cross back into Canada and voila, the person will automatically get to stay another two years automatically
That would not be in the spirit of the link provided

Yes I agree. I don’t believe they will allow you back into Canada under those circumstances because they will suspect your intention is to remain in Canada permanently.
Do you know how long is best for parents to stay in their home country before coming back over to visit?

You need to show 1 year of NOA that meets LICO generally. Some can also prove that they have earned the LICO amount in Canada before then but NOA is the gold standard.

For those who receive no stamp on re-entry;
BSOs will then stamp the super visa holder’s passport, but no handwritten date is required. Should the BSO authorize a period of stay of less than 5 years, a visitor record must be issued to the client as per the instructions found in ENF 4, Section 13.24: When to document a temporary resident on a visitor record form.
