Super visa continuing the process from Philippines

Hi,
My parent super visa was approved last march, sent the passport same month, then we got an email yesterday from embassy in manila that their passport have been received and they will continue to process.
Does anyone have any idea or in the same situation on how long before they send back the passport to the applicant?

Should be relatively quick if they have already been approved and all that is needed is passport stamping. Do not book any flights until you have the stamped passports back just to be safe.
