Super visa BIL not received

Hi,

I have applied for my parents' super visa on April 27th and got my father's biometrics instruction letter within 24 hours on April 28th. But it has been 8 days and have not received my mother's BIL. I have raised a webform yesterday but have not heard back yet. Is there anyone who faced a similar situation and found a solution?

Is it a refusal, should I request a refund or. What, on their website it says that it should be received within 24 hours. What should we do?

Application submitted on April 28th for parents' supervisa
Father's BIL within 24 hours
Father biometrics completed on May 12th
Father's biometrics updated in portal within 24 hours

Mother's BIL did not get generated in 24 hours
2 webforms submitted a week apart
Mother's BIL generated on May 17th
Mother's biometrics submitted on May 23rd
Mother's biometrics updated in portal within 24 hours

Hello I have applied for my parent's super visa but I have not submitted their financial situation, should I be worried??? The documents I submitted are: 1. Letter of invitation with my citizenship certificate 2. proof of income: notice of assessment 3. national identity document: identity card 4. travel document: passport 5. proof of funds: a short note that I am the one who will pay for everything with a sermon signed by the sermation commissioner of Quebec, my savings account of $25,000, My payment stubs 6. relationship: birth certificate 7. Marriage certificate: extract from the marriage certificate 8. health insurance 9. additional documents: - travel history: two stays in Belgium
