Hi!

I had applied for my parents super visa application earlier in 2021 using the GC Key account. There was not progress on the application for 6 months and I gave up all hope. Then came the new portal and we applied again through the new portal (November 16, 2021). It has been four weeks and still there is no response or progress. I submitted a webform but I got an email that since my webform is not in their priority lists (refugees, change in contact information etc), I will not receive a reply.

What are my options? I am losing all hope and I think this is pure bad luck. Please help.

You haven't been waiting very long since you submitted the new application so most likely you just need to wait a bit longer before there is an answer.
