When re-applying does one need all the updated documents with latest dates?

And can you please share your timelines?
Yes, we have updated dates on Invitation letter, took a new bank statement and used same old employment letter, updated new paystubs and new NOA as we have applied our first application in Nov 2021. thats all.

If it had passed the processing times, better to re-apply, we have re-applied and it worked !!
But the problem is if we re-apply it would reset the clock and then another 140 Days wait.

Untill and unless your old application is not withdrawn both of them would be in process and whichever they wanted to process they would do it. In our case, they processed the recent one. Old one was withdrawn !

So you had a file already in progress and you put in another one? Who requested the withdrawal of the previous application? you or IRCC withdrew it themselves?

For our application, there has been no update after biometrics. Even the medical has not passed.
Today is 99th day of processing. Currently processing time is 135 days. So it is not over yet.

Can we still consider re-applying? and if we do, should we get new medical or use the older ones?

IRCC withdrew it automatically. So from the date of withdrawal it depends on how soon they process your application. As far as in this forum, people got PPRs within 2 weeks of withdrawal. In our case got the same day withdrawal and approval.
