Super Visa 2021

Hi everyone,
Need some help.. my mother completed her biometrics Aug 16 and GCKEY says biometrics enrolled but when I scroll down it says fingerprints not received. Is there something she needs to do to submit the biometrics?
I have tried contacting CIC in India and I get a generic response about Afghan crisis. There has been no movement in her application since Feb 2021.
I then applied Oct 10, 2021 on the new IRCC portal and it has just been 30 days and also no response. Biometrics on IRCC portal says we do not need fingerprints and at the top biometrics enrollment.
Medicals were completed Jan 11 and summited on both portals.
No update on that either.

okay V1 is actually visitor. Did your parents do medicals? If so and visa was provided as V1, then might be error from their end, should be PG1. If no medicals were requested or provided then it will be visitor..

Hey Everyone, I would love if someone can answer this simple question
I am applying for super visa for my parents. The income to show is around $39000 but the new tax slip will only show around $29000.
However I recently got promoted and got a job for annual salary of 60K+
Are my amp rents eligible for super visa as the tax and NOA won’t show income cutoff? Because my paystub and employment letter will prove my income. Should I apply for them or should I wait another year to get a new Tax assessment that shows the income.

You new job employment letter confirming you recent salary and pay stab will work. It’s not necessary to show Notice of access for current salary, you can still give notice of assessment to show your last year income but they will take you current salary on account for checking the minimum income criteria

Yes it was new portal

lot of people have been running in to this with new portal probably because the people working behind new portal seem to be setup to issue only visit visas. I'm afraid you cannot do much about this unless you wish to reapply.

My mom got super visa through new portal.

Applied on September 16 and got PPR on October 27, her biometrics were already done in 2019 and upfront medical as well

It gets withdrawn automatically only after when the new one is processed. You don’t have to request a withdrawal separately.

Do you happen to know how long Vfs takes to schedule appointment after submitting the email webform? I didn’t hear anything from them. Just wondering if its normal.

Within a few hours if you submitted during BD work hours.

Besides, it’s a Thursday, no same day appointments and Friday/Saturday weekend. So, I suggest you wait and resubmit on Sunday if needed.
