March 22, 2021 - applied online

Aug 26, 2021 - biometrics completed

Sept 21, 2021 - upfront medicals done and web form submitted

Sept 27, 2021 - medicals passed

Hello All, My Mother's supervisa medical passed on July 5th'2021 after that got a correspondence letter from IRCC saying Biometric Validity of 10 years, since then there is no progress,its almost more than 1.5 months passed.

Usually I saw in everyone's timeline after medical passed they dont keep too long within 1/2 week the send the passport request but for me they dont send yet.
And what about that correspondence letter IMM5825_2-VWA6N91 , do I have to do anything with that?
I am so worried about the delayed, I tried to call them but no one picks, send one general web form but no response.

Anybody please give any information regarding this would be very helpful.

Hi All,

Is it okay if we got a quote not from the big Insurance companies? I used rates.ca to get cheaper rates and got a quote for half price of what the big firms are charging.

We did the medicals upfront in Sept. their profiles were updated with “medical passed” status a few days after. But nothing after that.
