I am on PGWP. I started a 3 month full time French class. Will this be a problem for my immigration? I had heard that I can do courses that last less than 6 months with PGWP. But I want to confirm and I cannot find any links for this. Can someone provide some links if this is true?

No - this won't be an issue. You are fine taking the French course on the PGWP since it's less than six months of study. Go ahead and do as planned.
