PGWP IMM5710 Previous Countries of Residence Dates

On my original study permit application, I wrote that my status in one country ended on 2018-09-14, and my status in the country I lived in before Canada started then as well. However, I am now applying for my PGWP and now believe that my status should have been from 2018-09-13 as I found an entry stamp from that day. If I change this day by one day in my background section, is this something I need to mention or explain in a letter of explanation? Should I leave the dates as before to be consistent with a previous application? The passport with that information is expired and not attached to my PGWP application.
