I applied for a study permit back in October 2020 and received a rejection on the 26th of November. I applied again in December 2020 but so far I have not heard anything. I am anxious and stressed. I know a lot of people are in the same boat as me so can you share how things are with you.

My timeline is:
Submitted: 13 December 2020
Biometrics: Not required since its valid for 10 years. I got it done in 2016
Medical: Not required
Review of Eligibility: Started 13th December itself.

No update. Just the statement that if they need any more info they will contact.

But I read on their twitter account that applications submitted after the 15th of December will be processed normally.

As long as you have reviewed the GCMS notes & have provided the answers to VO concerns, you should be fine. There is nothing more you can do. All the best.

When you were refused initially, did you get GCMS notes for that app?

Hello,

You should request for your notes to know the activites ongoing with your application if you've not done so.

Best of Luck

This is not a guarantee but its not far from the truth either.
Absolutely, no guarantees. I was more leaning towards pacifying the OP that there is nothing more that can be done apart from replying to VO concerns and the stress and anxiety are unwarranted.
