Hi
I am not an expert to review a refusal letter but myself had 2 study visa refusals. In the past and reading your reasons is quite similar to mine. As per my sources and seen from my friends who get their visa granted. You should select a proper course which is best suited for u. Then age also matters. Credentials and other requirements. Going on for a university increase your chances. And other criteria etc

Thanks for your quick response, I am 31 year old and the course I had chosen previously was a graduate program even though it is one year program. Last year I submitted my application while I was still living in South Africa, and now back home (Congo Republic of), I would like know how to prove the officer that I am back home?
