Study permit for minor under legal guardian ship

I am Canadian resident living with wife and 3 children in Ontario Canada. I have successfully won legal guardian ship ( family court order India) for my niece aged 9 years from India,

I am been told in my previous thread to apply for study permit "https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...hreads/visitor-visa-for-adopted-child.566209/"

Please tell me steps to apply for study permit for a minor in India under my legal guardianship

As previously explained, you need to apply for a study permit. She is not your adoptive child (you only have guardianship). You must apply for a study permit following the rules for an international student.
