I applied for my study permit extension on May 28, 2018 and my permit was approved on June 22, 2018. (Applied Online)
The documents I submitted were:
Passport
Letter of Acceptance
Co-op Letter
Proof of means of Financial Support
Digital Photo
and I filled in application form IMM5709
