What is she studying? She needs an eligible program. Don't think precedent (from Feb 2024 which may be outdated) applies to you because spouse started second program after all the changes in 2025. If your permit expired then stop working.

Precedent is recent she is studying pg diploma in web development I have stopped working already but applying reconsideration her study permit is valid till next april

Ok. Haven't provided link to precedent (only Feb 2024) but current program is not eligible for SOWP. Hopefully successful in reconsideration.

Also if she took back to back programs, her length of PGWP is the length of the two programs. She needs a TEER 0-1 job or selected TEER 3 NOC for you to be eligible. Also her permit must be more than 16 months in length too.
