Sowp to study permit

Hello guys,
My sowp has expired in March and I have applied for the extension based on my spouse's pgwp before expiry. But I do not think that it will be approved since my spouse is not able to secure job in NOC specific job according to new rule. So I'm thinking about joining a certificate level course though I already have a Bachelor's degree. Do you think I can secure study permit with an offer letter for certificate level program?

Well you need LOA and PAL to apply for a study permit as well as showing proof of funds. You need to justify costs of program with career and education progression when you return home. Application will be processed from home country unless spouse has valid work or study permit.
