Yes. They refused to change the decision. No options left so we went ahead with PGWP + SOWP restoration based on TEER1 job. What about you?
I still havent got response from them been a month. Can i connect and talk you somewwhere maybe email can you message me there?

I am inside Canada and was already on a sowp, my spouse took her second program and we applied for her Study Permit Extension and my Sowp Extension, her permit got approved but my was rejected saying I am not eligible under the new rules
Your screenshot is from Feb 2024 and much has changed. What is the second program? You can file for reconsideration but most likely not eligible and cannot work if permit expired.
Will spouse meet new PGWP rules?
Because she needs eligible NOC/TEER for you to be eligible for SOWP. TEER 0 or 1 job or specific TEER 3 NOC listed.
That I know I have also managed to find a precedent wherein the work permit was granted, will use it to contest my case.
What is she studying? She needs an eligible program. Don't think precedent (from Feb 2024 which may be outdated) applies to you because spouse started second program after all the changes in 2025. If your permit expired then stop working.
