Study Permit Challenges for Nigerian Applicants

I have some questions..
One is concerning the nse program..
And it’s on the English proficiency.. I literally saw different things online.. I want to be very sure.
Can I use duolingo for the nse program?
Because some platforms said you can, if you used it for your institution in Canada since so many Canadian universities use duolingo test.. something like that..


Another one is about following the regular or nse program..
So I’m about to apply for study permit and I don’t know which way is the best literally..
Because I’ve seen a lot.
So please which way do you advise is best, so it won’t cause issues or anything later on..?

I have used First Bank before. You can print a statement online, or ask them to print. You could also ask First Bank for a Banker's Letter.

No more 20 hours work limit until Dec 2023
Have to be full time student to work
Hinted that there will be a pathway for FRENCH SPEAKING students.

It takes 1 year of part time studies to become french speaking (pass level 4 on an exam). Please take advantage!

The application number is the current one but the content of the letter refered to the outstanding as relating to my previous application. Below is the letter
