I am currently completing my first diploma program in April and enrolled for a second program in September. We are preparing to apply for a study permit extension. Assuming it gets approved we need to apply for TRV as our current TRV is only valid till end of September. We have to travel in India in July for a month. I have some questions though -
1. If I plan to go to India earlier, Can my husband still stay back in Canada and continue to work as he has a valid spouse work permit/TRV?
2. If TRV gets approved while in India, Can we get stamping from India as it was applied in Canada?
3. Can we return back to Canada in August with a one plus month valid TRV and apply for a new TRV then?
