My spouse did her studies in India with 3 years in Bachelors and 2 years in Masters - now what should I mention in the CIC form? Should it be Masters of '2 or more post graduation degrees'? I heard that with 2 years study in Masters, CIC don't give accredition as Masters, they still consider as Bachelors - anyone from India general line studies can help..

If She has Master degree certificate explicitly stating it, it is considered Masters' degree. e.g. Mcom,Mba,M.Tech,Msc etc.

Instead CIC, refer WES equivalency report, that will be your true yardstick.

Thanks Andy, I haven't yet applied for WES and the equivalency tool says Bachelors degree. It also has a disclaimer saying this is just a preliminary analysis. Correct values will be provided when actual transcripts are provided..

So, anyone who is in the same situation and has done WES can throw some light.
