Study again in between post study work permit

I was thinking after studying for two years and getting three years of post study work permit hopefully.Can we again apply to study in some other institution using post study work permit or do we apply to again apply for visa..

For doing study .. you again need to apply for study permit !

if period of study is 6 months or less you would not need a study permit, any longer and you need a new study permit.

I was thinking of completing my two years of diploma than going for master's in the same visa..So now it won't be possible..Do I have to go back to my home country to get it again?
