Studentship to Permanent Residency

Hellow House!!! Please help me out, If I finished from a 2.5yrs master course in a Canadian school, I'm I qualified to applied for 2years work permit? if I am granted this, can the work experience I got from this 2years qualify me for a permanent residence?
