My course starts from 29th August and college have asked me to submit the study permit approval letter on or before 13th August 2019.

I don't think the long break will affect those who applied through vfs and their application is been processed at the Canada office.
Actually it will because the canadian embassy is scheduled to have an off from sunday to tuesday. It says so in their hours of operation.

these are notes that the immigration officer writes when handling your case. people can order them so that they know exactly why their visa was refused so that they can fix it and apply again
If given the opportunity or options to reapply on the rejection letter else, if not reapplying would be a waste of time. I hope that helps.

Guys..it's passport approved for me..I don't know the detailed timeline as I don't have access to my gckey..

Visa submitted on 14 July
Biometrics on 17 July
Medical passed don't know
Today PPR request
