Anyone who has been waiting for september visa .. should try email query at chandigarh head office..as they are quick in replying

i mailed them my enrolment for next and they asked me .. the very next day to send it in another format as they weren’t able to opnen it and after i sent it as required next early morning i got the response that they have added it to my file .. otherwise ..sending web form queries or email to delhi high commission got me no response
