Student visa for Jan 2019

Hello,

Can some one help me with the time delay which they experienced for getting the student visa to Canada? I'm applying under SDS for Jan 2019. Can someone who had an experience in the recent past share their case?

I am facing delay in my visa application. Its been more then 5 weeks no update in my Visa process.

Same situation here. I applied on 4th October 2018 and I haven't heard anything since. There have been no updates at all.
What is going on? Have you guys heard anything?

My medical got cleared on 7th nov, still waiting for Visa

I’ll probably have to wait for 2 weeks just to get the medical updated. I was hoping for something sooner. Your probably gonna get the visa in a week or two.

It’s been 54 days , there is no update on my application. I know the feeling. At this moment, I am not expecting anything, let alone approval.
