Can anyone tell me when tyo show fund at 2nd stage?I mean at the time of documents submission or when then ask?

You should show proof of fund at the time of Full documents submission to local visa office.

Visa office may ask you again updated proof of funds documents at the time of medical and passport request. So be prepared.

You should maintain the required fund till you get your visa.
