With all the certifications that you have mentioned, it should not be hard for you to find a job. It will take some preparations though. Get a resume as per canadian market standards, apply, and prepare for interviews and give your best shot
Nitin, it is very difficult to find the work visa through employers in Canada. I work for one of largest telecom company in canada and have not seen them sponsoring visas.

If you have good communication skills, soft skills then with some efforts you should be able to find a job.
This is hard to answer as a general rule but for my company for example Jul and Aug are slow. March to June is a good time as all budgeting and funding issues are taken care off and plans for years are in place and execution is in process
