Still havent got my letter!

Sad to hear about ur case.

You can send a reconsideration letter directly london office with a point that you have not received letter till date.

In this situation,atleast u r sending reconsideration letter in 30 days.

Finally I received a reply from LVO about my query........................!

My ECAS status is "Decision Made" without in process and it shows "a Letter has been sent on 4th May".

Till now I have not received any letter.....i sent them a query about DM on 10th May and today they replied with a 1 line that "A letter was sent to you on 4th May"...thats it....no other info or detail....what the hell.....

As we know most probably it will be a rejection letter but still not sure until i receive the letter...the problem is, in case of rejection, i want to send a reconsider request and 30 days are about to finish but i dont know yet about the letter delivery or the final status of the decision....what should i do....

My e-case status show me as below:-

We received your application for permanent residence on June 4, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 23, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Almost the same situation I am also waiting for my letter...

I have already sent a query but no any reply so far..

Please check the E-case status. If it is "in process" and long time ago, you might be safe. If its "Decision made" , then there might be a problem.

Sometime letter is received late.

I got letter on 19th May (waiting letter) whereas my letter date was 25/4/2012.

Finally I received the Email from LVO saying that my application has been rejected due to JD mismatch....all originals are being sent back to me and the fee is refundable.

God know how they compared the NOC duties with my experience... i have 3 to 4 years of very solid 4121 experience as University Lecturer...but as per their email they only evaluated my experience for University Professor....

"We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 29, 2012 to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXX, Pakistan, XXXXXXX. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us. "
Can anyone guide me? Guess I am refused???
