Steps after PPR

I just want to check my understanding about next steps after PPR.

Once we got PPR request, we will be submitting passports along with application details, PPr email, with tracker option if return envelope. ?
Once We got post back, it will contain two copies of CoRP and immigration visa?
And we have to go to border then do the landing by submitting one copy of Copr?

Can someone please verify all the steps are right! And please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know this varies upon case by case but do you know what is average time to get the passport back after sending for stamping?

Passport received by CPC-O on June 13 and still waiting, there is a forum named waiting for passport add your case here, that will give you a ball park figure on how long is taking right now
