I got ITA on May 1st. My birthday was in early June & I turned 30 after that. This has dropped my score below CRS cutt off of draw & today, when I was submitting my documents, there is option to preview my score it was showing below the CRS cut off. Please help if i should proceed with submitting documents or what? I have heard age is locked when we receive ITA, so why is they are reducing points on that screen when uploading documents for PR.

You birthdate gets locked-in at the day of ITA. You are good. You won't lose any points for that.

It's not a glitch, it just doesn't take into consideration that you have already been invited.

Okay Thanks. Also, upfront medical examination is not required for express entry. Right? But while uploading document it shows me column to upload that. How to go about that?
Just attach a blank document or cite:
As of October 1, 2023, you no longer need to get an upfront medical examination before you submit your application for permanent residence through Express Entry.
