First question:
My Son is a PR of Canada. We think about me moving to Canada by him asking me as a sponsorship.
I married my wife his step mother when he was already an adult. Can he sponsor here two?
Second question:
My wife and I have the legal custody of a 9 years old child that is her grandson. Is the child will be part of the sponsorship?

Thanks

Your son would apply to sponsor you and your wife would be included as a dependent in the application.

Whether the 9 year old child can be included on the application depends on a number of factors including that child's country of origin and whether the child has been fully legally adopted by your wife (or if she just has guardianship / custody).

Both of us have just had guardianship/custody) by the courts of the Dominican Republic. My wife and the child are Dominican citizens. We are living now in Peru with the boy, He will suffer a lot if we will send him back. Is there is another way that the boy will finish high school in Canada? I know that the law may be very dry and far from the emotion of real life.
I hope that we can find a way to resolve the boy's issue.
Thanks

He cannot be included in the PR application in that case. Guardianship/custody does not make him a dependent in the application. He would only be able to be included as a dependent in the application if he was officially adopted by you.

The only option as of now would be to bring him to Canada as an international student on a study permit. You have to be prepared to pay around $15K per year in tuition to attend high school since he is an international student.
