Guys, I had previously applied for Permanent Residence in May 2016 but my application was rejected for being incomplete and the letter CIC provided me mentions that "A full review of your application was not performed. There may be other elements, not identified above, which may also be missing or incomplete."
I received an ITA again in the Nov 2, 2016 round and submitted my application yesterday. However, I answered NO to these two statutory questions:
Has SHARIQ NOOR you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Has SHARIQ NOOR ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
I mistakenly answered NO. How can I resolve this issue now? Should I send a CSE right away telling the officer that I'm extremely sorry that I mistakenly answered NO to these questions. What would I need to attach in the CSE? Please help. Urgent.
