Hi i have confusion in replying to statutory questions with reference to these two questions

1) Has applicant been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2) Has applicant ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:

The background is that me and my wife were both refused visit visa application, 2 times for me ( Canada and Belgium) and 1 time for my wife (United Kingdom)

Do I have to answer yes to both these questions?

Kindly let me know. Thanks in advance

yes, it'll just open a box for you to explain. it won't have a negative effect on your application (unless the reason was misrepresentation or something bug)

Thanks hamgha the reason was rejection was the standard that they do not think I will return to my country of residence.
