status of sinp application

  1. My application for sinp was stated ineligible, and I requested for second review as i was sure that sinp never sent any mail to my company for verification but stated in ineligible letter that they did it and received no response from my employer.

    Now status of my application was changed to in process instead of 2nd review in process. Is it happened with all application those applied for 2nd review or in my case they realized this mistake that s why status of this application changed to ineligible to in process.
