status of e-case

I HAVE APPLIED SPONSORSHIP FOR MY TWO DEPENDENT CHILDREN THE SPONSORSHIP HAS BEEN APPROVED AND CASE WAS FORWARDED TO CIC-ISLAMABAD AND THEY STARTED PROCESS IN JULY-2010. INTIALLY THE E-CASE STATUS SHOWING IN-PROCESS BUT TODAY WHEN I CHECKED THERE WAS NOTHING UNDER STATUS . REST THEIR NAME ADDRESS EVERYTHING WAS THERE. CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEN WITH THEIR CASE.

I would not worry. E-case has been having some issues like this. I don't think anything has happened at all, just a computer glitch. If you are overly worried you can call Immigration and ask them about what is going on with e-cas.

Keep in mind E-case if highly unreliable. Frustrating but truth I am afraid.
