Status in Country of residence - Which one Should i chose?

Hi all,

I am living in Saudi Arabia with residence permit "Iqama" , and i am confused which one should i chose in order specify my Status in Country of residence:

1- permanent resident.
2- OR choosing Other and filling (Residence Permit Iqama) inside the cell mentioning validity period.

Number 2. Expats are not permanent residents in KSA.
