The eligibility changes to completed or will it be still in progress even when PAL/COPR is issued ?Hello my brother has submitted PR application under startup visa program. Today he applied for his work permit where under LMIA exemption code the system is not responding or accepting A77 code, thus he cannot complete his application. Can anyone advise a solution to this? Thanks

Rejected for extension on Feb 2023 ( Reasons are new LMIA number wasn't included with the application although I paid the fees and sent through webform earlier ) also proof of funds wasn't included as well
reapplied but I will withdraw it today to get a refund
