Startup Visa Program Timeline

Hi,
To briefly explain my current situation, I am about to get a Letter of Support from a designated organization and plan to apply for PR through the Start-Up Visa (SUV) program. Since many of you know if you are interested in this program, there was a rumour that the current 1-year closed work permit policy would be replaced with a 3-year open work permit, which never happened yet. Therefore, I was planning to enter Canada with the International Experience Canada Visa while waiting for the decision. However, one of the immigration lawyers said that it was a bad idea saying, the IRCC officer would ask why I did not enter Canada with the closed work permit and work on my business project. I think this is a solid point, but at the same time, when thinking about the reason that the IRCC was considering issuing the 3-year work permit policy (the former IRCC minister said that they realize SUV applicants working only for their company is not realistic), entering Canada early to expand the network and help the rest of the team settle in Canada when to come later is realistic and legitimate (and I AM ACTUALLY LEGITIMATE) reason.
So my question is, does the temporary visa status affect the decision of permanent residence application in Canada?

Hi. I have a similar timeline. But no updates in Jan. How about others? Did anyone get any ADRs recently?
Somebody in the industry mentioned that they sped up the processing in December to fill the quotas, but now they've slowed down again in January.

I am in Canada with close work permit and it will be expired in 2 months
I can apply for 3 years open work permit that will be issued for all iranian people that are in canada with trv and also I could apply for my close work permit extension
So which one is better ? If I apply for open work permit and work on my project it will be a bad point for my sturtup project?

25 the sept‘23 - birth certificates of kids
18 th oct‘23 - medical request for family
4 th dec ‘23 - request for updated forms, pcc, travel history etc
17 th dec‘23 - request for role in start up and business progress
12 th Jan’24 : PAL
6 th feb‘24 : PPR request

Yes it was quick and unexpected to be honest ! 5 months from getting permanent file number to PR approval.
Congrats! Did all group members submit their PR application at the same time? If not when was the premier submitted date?
