stamp and seals of docs from SARDAR PATEL UNI & sending it to the WES

Hello.

I need some help regarding a confusion

I did my BE from Sardar Patel University.

Foe WES assesment, I need to get all my certificates sealed and stamped with a sealed envelope from them. Upto this I'm clear.

CONFUSION:

Do they or any other university asks FOR WES reference number. I got the WES form which has a clause for Authorized signature and stamp and all. I THINK ITS FOR THE UNI.REGISTRAR.

My uni. is ready for all this things and they dont require any reference number either. MY CONFUSION IS THAT DO THEY (UNIVERSITY)PUT THE WES FORM INSIDE THE ENVELOPE? or we can send this form along with the sealed envelope with in one big envelope?


I am thinking to have all my docs ready first and then pay the fees of WES ...that y i'm in bit of confusion

You should pay the WES Fees first. Upon payment, you would be given a WES Reference Number which you need to put it on the "Academic Records Request" form. You can get it completed by your University while obtaining transcripts.

Either the University or you can put all the Transcripts, documents in one big envelop. Most important thing is that the envelope should be signed and stamped by the University. The you can send it to WES Canada. Also, mention the WES Reference Number on the envelop.

I totally understood what you said..

Still I need to ask one thing.

Once the documents are sealed and stamped, I cant open them. The uni. registrar will put all the sign and stamp in the academic evaluation form as well. MY UNIVERSITY IS NOT ASKING ANY REFERENCE NUMBER..NOTE THAT..NOW, IS IT NECESSARY TO PUT WES FORM AND MY CERTIFICATES IN THE SAME SEALED ENVELOPE (DONE BY UNIVERSITY) OR I CAN PUT BOTH OF THEM DISTINCTIVELY IN ONE BIG ENVELOPE?

Hi,
If I am not mistaken here, then you are mentioning about ARF (Academic Records Form).

If yes, then no need to worry if you have not taken it from univ officials.
ARF is optional document as mentioned on WES website.
Pls check.
