hi guys,

i am a sound man working for discovery channel. i've been here 2 yrs and i'm trying to get my PR.

I'm a temporary foreign worker on my second yr working visa.

I thought i could get CEC but it looks like all my work isn't counted. i don't work from home but i'm not an employee. i do my own taxes and own my own gear. the companies send me to where the jobs are and pay me when i invoice them.

Is there a program for me to apply to for my PR?

What province are you in? What work do you do / what is your profession?

i think he is under noc 5225 audio and video recording technician.

So you are working as a contractor. In order to qualify for CEC, you need to be a skilled employee. Do you have enough points to apply under the skilled worker program? Can you get an AEO (job offer)?
